SHIPPING -

We want you to receive your beautiful UMIE pieces as soon as possible so we ship daily from Tuesday to Friday. We do our very best to have all orders processed within 24 hours.

Delivery within Australia is complimentary for purchases over $200. For all orders less than this amount, you can choose between a standard or express service for $10 or $15 respectively. 

UMIE uses Australia Post to ship all orders. You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched.

Do you live in Newcastle? All orders placed before midday can be collected from UMIE during store hours or locally delivered for a small charge. You can select these options at check out or contact us via email at hello@umiestore.com for more info! 

 

RETURNS -

We want you to LOVE your UMIE purchase. Therefore, we are happy to offer a store credit or exchange on any full price item. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for change of mind.

Please ensure your order is returned in the way it was received. Garments must be in the original condition- unworn and unwashed, with the original tags attached and packaging included. We require the protective shield on swimwear and unmarked shoe soles.

We sadly cannot accept returns on fragrances, body care, candles or artworks.

Sale items can only be returned for an exchange of equal or higher value. UMIE asks you kindly consider this before committing to your sale purchase.

Please contact UMIE via email at hello@umiestore.com within 7 days of receiving your purchase to organise a return. UMIE suggests using a registered post with tracking information as we cannot be held liable for lost or missing parcels.

 

FAULTY ITEMS -

UMIE prepare all our orders with the utmost love and care. However, if you believe you have received a faulty item please contact us via email at hello@umiestore.com immediately.

Items damaged as a result of everyday wear and tear or incorrect use are not considered faulty.
